CU+ University Clinic, in Manresa

The CU+ Building located in Manresa within the University Campus of the FUB. It’s a healthcare facility prepared for the practice of Physiotherapy, Podiatry and Speech Therapy, with spaces for individual and group care and, also, for clinical simulation with students of the different studies taught by the institution. It has a surgical block with operating room, resuscitation box and sterilization room.

It is a rectangular construction of 3,500m2, with a ground floor and two floors and a basement enabled as a parking and space for the simulation of out-of-hospital emergencies. The west and north facades are covered with black stoneware pieces that give the building a differentiated personality.

It houses the healthcare services of the University Clinic, the Chair of Simulation and Patient Safety and the CISARC Simulation Innovation Center, as well as a theoretical-practical classroom for Health Sciences studies.
