Architecture studio based in Barcelona
Founded in 1998 and based in Barcelona, at MANCIÑEIRAS/PARÉS arquitectes associats, we understand architecture as a response to the real needs of each user.
We work on a wide range of projects, both public and private, with a special focus on the residential, healthcare, educational, sports, and cultural sectors. We propose functional architecture, approaching each project with technical rigor, integrating constructive rationality, balancing quality and cost, and ensuring careful management of the project and construction process.
We are experts in urban planning and territorial management, offering comprehensive solutions tailored to the unique characteristics of each environment. We don’t just organize space: we plan by anticipating future challenges and creating new opportunities for people and the territory.

Juan Antonio Manciñeiras Vaz-Romero

Born in La Seu d'Urgell. Graduated in 1993 from the Escola Tècnica Superior d'Arquitectura de Barcelona of the Universitat Politècnica de Barcelona (ETSAB - UPC).
He trained in Town Planning Management and Land Valuation at the School of Public Administration of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
In 1998 he founded with Manel Parés the professional architecture and urban planning office M&P arquitectes associats, currently MANCIÑEIRAS/PARÉS, arquitectes associats SLP.
Manel Parés Toll
Member of the COAC no. 24717/0.
Born in Manresa. Graduated in 1993 from the Escola Tècnica Superior d'Arquitectura de Barcelona of the Universitat Politècnica de Barcelona (ETSAB - UPC).
Professor at the Escola d'Arquitectura de la Universitat Ramon Llull de La Salle, as Course Leader of Projects Workshop II.
In 1998 he founded with Juan Antonio Manciñeiras the professional architecture and urban planning office M&P arquitectes associats, currently MANCIÑEIRAS/PARÉS, arquitectes associats SLP.
