We draw up urban planning instruments - Partial Plans, Special Plans, Detailed Studies, ... - as well as urban development projects and technical documentation for transformations or legalisation of properties, managing their complete processing before the administration.

We assess the legal and technical situation of the land, permitted uses, regulatory restrictions and urban development charges. This analysis allows the client to know clearly what can be done, under what conditions and with what associated costs.

Our urban planning documents are drafted with technical precision, regulatory coherence and operational vocation. Our aim is to ensure that the planning is not only approved, but also that it is feasible to implement at a later date, with realistic and well-founded proposals.

We take care of the entire process: technical meetings, submission of documents, responses to requirements and modifications. We maintain a fluid dialogue with municipal technicians and sectoral bodies to ensure the progress of the files.

We integrate infrastructure needs (roads, services, open spaces) from the beginning and coordinate with engineering companies to draw up urbanisation projects when necessary. This allows us to move forward in parallel with the planning and the actual execution.
