The Twentytú -Tech Hostel is the most innovative and sustainable hostel in Barcelona, and the first in the world to obtain Biosphere Responsible Tourism certification, applying the most cutting-edge criteria for sustainability and technological innovation.
Twentytú -Tech Hostel is located near the new Plaza de las Glorias, at the intersection of Tánger and Pamplona streets. The building consists of a basement, ground floor and four upper floors, as well as a technical floor for installations.
The façades are practically flat and have no protruding elements. The building is set back from the corner of Pamplona Street and the corner, and on the ground floor this setback becomes the porch leading to the hostel, while on the upper floors the flatness of the façades is restored. The openings create a continuous and uniform rhythm across all the façades, which are finished with Faveton ceramic tiles, while the solid sections between the large openings on the ground floor are clad with San Vicenç natural stone.
The hostel offers 62 rooms -55 quadruple rooms and 7 private double rooms- in addition to multiple common areas.
