40 Officially Protected Housing -HPO- in Callús.

The site slopes steeply to the south, and at the same time along the road from which the building takes its alignment.

The building is fragmented to adapt to the steep slopes of the land. Two blocks are generated with two different vertical communication cores. One block is for rental housing of about 60 m² and the other for sales housing of about 70 m², with independent and differentiated accesses (from Reverend Puigbó street). These two blocks create an androna at the point of break, so that the sunlight is favoured for two of the dwellings which, located on the bars to the north, can enjoy the required direct sunlight.
