Founded in 1998 and based in Barcelona, at MANCIÑEIRAS/PARÉS arquitectes associats, we understand architecture as a response to the real needs of each user.
We work on a wide range of projects, both public and private, with a special focus on the residential, healthcare, educational, sports, and cultural sectors. We propose functional architecture, approaching each project with technical rigor, integrating constructive rationality, balancing quality and cost, and ensuring careful management of the project and construction process.
We are experts in urban planning and territorial management, offering comprehensive solutions tailored to the unique characteristics of each environment. We don’t just organize space: we plan by anticipating future challenges and creating new opportunities for people and the territory.
