Defining the rules for the urban future

The coordination of the drafting of the POUM (Municipal Urban Planning Plan) for Lleida is an ongoing process aimed at defining an urban model capable of responding to the city's current challenges. The work consists of directing and coordinating the development of the new Municipal Urban Planning Plan, integrating criteria of environmental sustainability, social cohesion, efficient mobility, quality of public space and territorial integration into a single planning instrument.

This task involves coordinating technical teams from various disciplines, structuring sectoral studies and synthesising complementary visions of the territory, with the aim of constructing an urban framework that guides Lleida's development towards balanced, resilient growth adapted to present and future needs.
