Founded in 1998 and based in Barcelona, at MANCIÑEIRAS/PARÉS arquitectes associats, we understand architecture as a response to the real needs of each user.
We work on a wide range of projects, both public and private, with a special focus on the residential, healthcare, educational, sports, and cultural sectors. We propose functional architecture, approaching each project with technical rigor, integrating constructive rationality, balancing quality and cost, and ensuring careful management of the project and construction process.
